very blessed

I worked a long exhausting day today and didnt get home until 8:45pm (i leave the house at 6:10am) I really appreciate work, it gives me time to miss and appreciate my happy, healthy, sweet babies. After taking care of some really sick patients, it really makes me realize how blessed i am. Mom told me today my great grandmother who is 97 had a stroke and is not doing so well in the hospital. I wish I could be taking care of her and comfort her. My thoughts are of her tonight.
