Sesame Street came to Oklahoma!!! Kids love this show and especially love cookie monster and Elmo.ELMO AHHHH!! they love Elmo, I hear daily...turn on ELMO STREET...PLEASE!!!!! I cannot convince them that the show is actually called Sesame Street hence the title of this blog.
So when I found out that sesame street live was coming we had to go..didn't know how things would turn out since I would be taking them on my own, but things went great!! despite having to buy 3 tickets and only using one seat (both HAD to sit on my lap) We had so much fun. Only had two small crying fits. When Elmo 1st left the stage...Sophie cried wanting Elmo to come back. Dylans breakdown was at intermission..." I WANT ELMO STREET...give them a hug"
The explanation of what a show was didn't quite connect with them, but they were amazed and thrilled and had a great time.
And of course I spent an arm and a leg on these stupid light twirlers but it was worth it to see the kiddos SMILE!!
